Toilet blocked due to Covid, or just too easy to clean? Communication was not easy because you don't know which languages ​​they speak. The chicken MC nuggets were soggy and the cheese wedges had a strange aftertaste. Hopefully they just had a bad day!

Infinitely long waiting times at the DriveIn. Cashier who can't handle vouchers and who seemed overwhelmed in other ways.

Good clean fast food restaurant very close to the motorway exit. No complaint at all when I visited. Especially now during Corona times, the entire staff is very keen to comply with all applicable measures and hygiene regulations.

Unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes inside for 3 parts. Of that, the curlys were forgotten. A mega unfriendly and impudent employee asked for the bon that I had already disposed of in the trash. Didn't want to give me the curlys without bon. He just had to look in the system for order 221 and he would have seen it. But his knowledge was probably not enough for that. He had more fun exposing customers to other guests. Outrageous! The extremely nice employee at the checkout quickly saved the situation and was able to remember my mini order. This employee deserves a 5 star rating. The rest should rethink how to deal with customers.

We were on the way to Würzburg, had taken our break there. Mc Drive was open there, a short wait. Had ordered, had to eat in the parking lot. French fries were good, the new chicken burger tasted very strong .... went in the trash after 2 bites. The Chicken Mc Nuggets were dripping with fat, my wife vomited after the first bite. Never eaten so bad at a Mc Donalds. Then we wanted to go to the toilet, locked. Entrance to the restaurant possible, toilets locked. This stay was a disappointment.

Despite the long line at Mc Drive, we didn't wait long. I can't say anything about the hygiene measures, as I didn't order in the restaurant as already mentioned.

Strange shop. Order exclusively via the screen. The toilet is only accessible with the code on the receipt. Currently toilet completely blocked. Rude staff. A star for McCafe.

By far the WORST McDonalds I've ever been to! Read story please! Just stopped there to take a break. 1. Toilets completely dirty 2. Order placed at the terminal and paid for. Waited and noticed that the order was not being processed and that with several customers. 3. a customer comes to the front with her drink while we are waiting and has a huge plastic part floating in the drink. (Should be part of the machine) 4. Reaction of the employee so gritty. No apology, no comment on this. Just made a new one. 😂 5. We want our money back because our order was still being processed after 15 minutes 6. Now the fun really starts, because the employee starts to lie around boldly. She asks in all seriousness which plastic we are talking about & then she says that our order is being processed. They didn't even receive our order. 7. Another colleague is called to pay us our money and asks for our name and address. NO! Definitely not prefer Mcdonals. When asked on what legal basis the question was asked: we do it this way. 😂 & thereupon there was a house ban! Thank you very much for the ban. This is to ensure that we cannot get lost there under any circumstances.

With one of the best MC Donalds branches in the area. Sometimes incompetent staff but otherwise everything was great! All orders are freshly made from 12 noon!

Bad service, the staff is unfriendly. I had a bad experience making the order at the cashier. The woman seamed to be overloaded with work, taking orders and helping to prepere them. She was yelling to her colleages and to the customers so they order faster.

Second time here today. Take-away order placed and waiting. When it was finished, four ordered items were missing. Unfortunately this was the case last time and unfortunately leaves a strange aftertaste! The tables were all dirty and in the half hour that I waited for our food, nobody felt responsible! My conclusion is that we don't give the store a third chance and prefer to pay a visit to the KFC next door next time.

Nuggets sticky & only warm. French fries also warm unfortunately not hot. Nuggets were complained about and only heated once more were not made again. The taste was accordingly. Disappointing. Burgers were edible. The only really delicious thing about the entire menu was the iced tea. Conclusion: below average McDonald's branch which I cannot recommend under any circumstances.

You can't say much about food at MC. The restaurant is easy to reach and there were enough seats available. Unfortunately, points are deducted because the toilets are not exactly clean. Despite the increased number of visitors, one should not forget about hygiene.

I wanted to order a Big Rösti at the beginning of the year. Then I was informed that I had to plan a waiting time of around 20 minutes. Yesterday I ordered a cold and a hot drink. Orders and payments were made via the self-service terminal. Then we had to wait a good 15 minutes before we could get the drinks. My personal experience is that I haven't been able to talk about "fast food" here so far and that next time I will consider going to an alternative MC restaurant or to the competition.

Was there for the first time today. Super Megges. The food was tasty and fresh. Toilets were clean. A waitress even came to the table and asked if everything was okay, which is unusual for a megges.

We were, or wanted to, on Saturday night, August 29th. Around 10.30 p.m. to get something to eat in this fast food restaurant. The emphasis is on "wanted" In my life I have never been treated so inhumanely as in this "shed"! Corona or not, if the employees at the checkout cannot even explain why you are not served, despite the fact that you comply with all hygienic measures, served unfriendly, then you can also buy your food at the other fast restaurant 100 meters away. In any case, they will never see me again!

Drive-in service could be made more friendly in some cases. Unfortunately I got something wrong several times, which I only noticed at home. Otherwise, the inside of the restaurant is of a good standard. Everything is clean and the food usually comes quickly.

Never eat here again, Chicken McNuggets probably warmed up 3 times and served cold ... The crust f ... dry and the meat dried to 1/4 the normal amount !!! After 5 pieces from the pack of 20 I still have extreme heartburn after 5 hours! Worst thing i have ever eaten here !!!! Addendum: Was passing through and took the food with me for the trip. Immediately stuck in a traffic jam when driving onto the autobahn and only then realized what inedible stuff it was. Unfortunately no way to turn around ... It was the only and last time anyway! The one star given just for the coffee ...

WAITING TIME: 1,5 HOUR One hour and 15 minutes after ordering, it appeared that they hadn't even started preparing our meal. Not just our meal, the whole restaurant was waiting for more than an hour. No apologies or explanations from the staff whatsoever. If you can't handle customers, don't open a restaurant.

The French fries were not that hot at the time we received our order. But chicken burger was good.

The order from the moment it was ready lay 12 minutes and it was the only room order ... as a result, MCMuffin and MCToast got cold. The gentleman at the cash register completely doesn't understand what is happening around him.

I came 1.35 at night wnd it was closed, but must be open until 2.00

This restaurant is not a normal McDonald’s. I was waiting 45 minutes for an ice cream. Is that normal for a FAST food restaurant? Means 45 minutes fast? I don’t think so. Was a big line and no one received their menu in time. The personal is not professional. Tens of people was angry with that situation.

I really recommend to go to another Restaurant (kfc is nearby). I have never waited so long to get a menu. Already 30minutes and the local is not even full. Never happened to me in a McDonald's before

Not impressed with this McDonalds. McCafe cannot admit that they cannot make certain items and then sell the wrong thing under false pretense. The other section has no kind of organisation or time management with order preparation. They could not keep up with the demand. We waited 20 min for 2 burgers and one packet chips, the whole time being harrased by the table service lady who decided everytime to walk through the many waiting customers rather than take either of the two customer free route. In the end she rudely forced her way through us to one set of servites because the other ones were empty even though she could of easily just filled them on her return trip from serving a customer, or during the many times she was waiting for the delayed orders.

Same all same all McDonald's, organized and overcrowded. Employees are efficient and fast, they can work a bit on hospitality but, ok experience.
